It is not positioned as:

- A replacement for qualified safety, legal, compliance, or operational judgment
- A generic replacement for every enterprise risk system
- A learning management system
- A primary inspection, incident, permit, or form-collection system
- A provider of live third-party integrations unless those integrations are specifically approved and activated
